Prestige Fleet Services is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee mobile technicians in the designated region, driving productivity, growth, and high safety standards. This leader will coordinate teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that meet urgent needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales, and customer satisfaction, with 50% travel expected. A minimum of three years in management and sales, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 50% travel within designated region.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical experience and knowledge.
• Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee, lead, and mentor Mobile Technicians in designated region.
• Lead a team of Mobile Technicians to drive productivity and growth.
• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with technicians to engage, energize and mentor.
• Provide leadership and supervision to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety standards are met.
• Market and support the operations of the business.
• Knowledge of industry or mechanically inclined.
• Service knowledge for heavy equipment, rental equipment, and rental trucks.
• Ability to prospect for new accounts in an organized manner.
• Ability to act with a high sense of urgency.
• Collaborate with existing customers to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Demonstrate skill and interest in continuous improvement of processes.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Provide leadership to individuals and management team daily.
• Drive new business in developing markets and continue support in existing markets.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
