Job summary

Vestis Corporation seeks a Regional Fleet Manager to lead fleet maintenance strategy across a broad regional footprint. You will guide Group Fleet Managers, coordinate with field operations, and optimize costs while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes developing regional execution plans, improving reliability, and driving performance using data and vendor management across both in-house and outsourced shops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fleet maintenance, transportation, or logistics.
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep knowledge of fleet maintenance for light to heavy-duty vehicles.
• Experience managing in-house and outsourced maintenance.
• Preference for ASE or similar fleet credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Group Fleet Managers; set expectations and accountability.
• Drive regional maintenance execution across in-house and outsourced shops.
• Manage regional budgets, cost-control actions, and vendor performance.
• Use BI dashboards and financial reporting to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with Safety, DOT compliance, and field operations.
