Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to lead regional fleet maintenance and drive performance across in-house shops and external providers. You will coordinate with field operations, safety, and corporate functions to align with company standards and improve total maintenance cost and reliability.

The role emphasizes leadership of Group Fleet Managers, regional project execution, and data-driven decision making using BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, or related field.
• Operational and technical expertise in fleet maintenance, shop management, and outsourced maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group Fleet Managers and drive regional maintenance strategy and performance.
• Oversee in-house and outsourced maintenance, safety, compliance, and cost targets.
• Use BI dashboards and reports to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ensure regional policies, processes, and controls are consistently applied.
• Coordinate with Safety, DOT, and field operations on regulatory requirements.
