Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group seeks a Regional Fixed Operations Director to oversee fixed operations across the regional dealership network. The role includes recruiting and training fixed-management personnel, supervising dealership operations, and visiting dealerships regularly to ensure alignment with manufacturer and Asbury goals.

The RFOD will maintain reporting systems, uphold safety standards, and foster strong relationships with Asbury management and dealership teams while forecasting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years automotive experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fixed operations performance across the regional dealer network.
• Recruit and train fixed management personnel as needed.
• Supervise dealership management to meet Asbury and manufacturer goals.
• Visit dealerships in the region on a continual basis.
• Ensure reporting systems and safety procedures are followed.
• Foster strong working relationships with Asbury management and dealership staff.
• Forecast goals and objectives for personnel, expenses, sales and profits.
