Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group LLC, a Fortune 500 automotive retailer, seeks a Regional Fixed Operations Director to oversee fixed operations across dealerships in the region. You will recruit, train, and supervise management, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic oversight.

The position requires 3-5 years of automotive experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple dealerships while maintaining safety and process

Qualifications

Must have great interpersonal skills.
Must be attentive to detail.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 yrs Automotive experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Monitor and communicate fixed operations requirements for profitability and customer satisfaction.
Recruit and train fixed management personnel for dealerships in the region.
Supervise dealership management in regions to meet manufacturer and dealer goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with Asbury management and dealership staff.
Lead regional meetings and ensure compliance with safety and procedures.
Forecast personnel, expenses, sales and profits for the region.
