Job summary

Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a Regional Fixed Ops Performance Manager who will spend 70-80% of time in our stores, coaching Service, Parts, and Body Shop Managers, and driving performance across service, parts, and collision operations. You will rotate monthly across stores, support new fixed ops hires through milestone visits, and intervene on KPI trends with root-cause analysis and action plans.

You’ll report directly to the Regional Vice President and shape enterprise practices through

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive fixed operations, multi-store or enterprise exposure.
• NADA Academy graduate.
• Proven track record in CSI, retention, and operation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers on process, customer experience, and leadership to sustain excellence.
• Monitor store KPIs to prioritize field activity and identify where intervention is needed.
• Lead root-cause analyses and develop measurable action plans.
• Support new fixed operations hires through their first 90 days to reduce time-to-productivity.
• Drive adoption of new systems and technology across stores.
• Complete store visit reports after each visit with observations and commitments.
• Capture best practices and share enterprise-wide.
