Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership & Operations: oversee Service and Parts across all locations and set regional goals.
• Financial Performance: manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to drive profitability.
• Service Operations: monitor technician productivity, service quality, and workflow efficiency.
• Parts Operations: oversee inventory, purchasing, and margins to ensure availability.
• Customer Experience: maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• People Development & Performance Management: coach managers and develop leadership talent.
• Compliance, Safety & Manufacturer Relations: ensure regulatory and manufacturer standards are met.
