You will travel 70-80% regionally, report to the Regional Vice President, and implement playbooks, root-cause analyses, and milestone visits to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive automotive fixed operations experience.
• Proven track record in CSI, retention, and operational metrics.
• Experience coaching leaders across diverse markets.
• High mobility with 70-80% travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach Service, Parts, and Body Shop Managers on process execution and leadership.
• Monitor store KPIs to prioritize field activity and intervention needs.
• Lead structured root cause analyses and build actionable plans.
• Support new fixed operations hires through initial 90 days.
• Drive adoption of new systems, tools, and technology across stores.
• Complete and distribute store visit reports with outcomes and accountability.
• Capture best practices and share enterprise-wide.
