Job summary
Parkway Family Auto Group is seeking an experienced Group Fixed Operations Director to lead fixed operations across our multi-rooftop, multi-OEM organization. This hands-on role oversees service, parts, warranty administration, BDC performance, and related fixed operations, with a focus on profitability, absorption, and customer retention.
The ideal candidate will manage service and parts across multiple franchised rooftops, review financials, develop managers, and work closely with OEM
Qualifications
- Seven+ years in progressive automotive fixed operations.
- Experience managing service and parts across multiple franchised rooftops.
- Proven track record of improving fixed-operations profitability and absorption.
- Willingness to travel between Parkway locations.
Responsibilities
- Direct fixed operations performance across all rooftops and related businesses.
- Lead Service Managers, Parts Managers, and other fixed-operations leaders; conduct reviews.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasts, and financial statements with executive leadership.
- Ensure OEM standards, warranty policies, and training compliance.
- Drive customer experience, retention, and service efficiency.
