Job summary

Fox Motors is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Director to oversee our multi-location service and parts operations in Michigan. The role reports to the Vice President of Fixed Operations and focuses on driving profitability, improving CSI, and deploying group-wide initiatives.

You will lead service and parts managers, mentor technicians, manage multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities, and partner with leadership to forecast revenue and optimize software platforms across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive Fixed Operations or Service Director roles.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar P&Ls and meet OEM targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Fixed Operations Director to oversee, optimize, and grow our multi-location service and parts departments. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Fixed Operations, executing group-wide initiatives and ensuring elite operational standards.

What You'll Do

• Drive Profitability: Achieve departmental gross profit goals by managing fixed absorption, expenses, and asset utilization.
• Lead Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor service and parts managers while boosting technician retention.
• Optimize CSI: Implement robust workflow processes to elevate Customer Satisfaction Index scores and build owner loyalty.
• Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with the VP of Fixed Operations to forecast revenue goals and deploy software platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of successful automotive Fixed Operations or Service Director management.
• Track Record: Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar P&Ls and hit manufacturer targets.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, data-driven decision-making, and deep knowledge of DMS platforms.
