Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level of skills with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Functional Supervisors and Field Service Technicians as a people leader.
• Collaborate with Field Service Directors on high‑level projects including installations.
• Provide staffing priorities and authorize cross‑team resource adjustments.
• Coach and develop staff through Regional Supervisors.
• Serve as liaison between Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management.
• Recommend field changes for aging systems to remain operational.
• Assess subcontractor work and performance with Field Service Supervisor.
• Ensure timely review of technician service reports and push corrective actions.
