Job summary

Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead Diversified’s regional field services operations, maintaining customer relationships, regional workforce capacity, and service commitments. You will own employee experience and development while managing technical tasks, budgets, and performance metrics.

The role is primarily virtual with periodic (up to 25%) onsite presence at Southeast US customer sites. Relocation or day-travel proximity is required for this region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level of skills with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts and electronics.
• Possess advanced AV networking, Audio and video skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service communication skills.
• Service project management skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Possess basic to advanced networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and technicians as a people leader.
• Coordinate with Field Service Directors on high-level projects including programming, field engineering and installations.
• Provide staffing priorities and authorize cross-team resource adjustments; supervise scheduling.
• Train staff on service process platforms, operations, and policies through Regional Supervisors.
• Develop coaching and development expectations and ensure ongoing staff training and feedback.
• Act as liaison between Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management.
• Provide field engineering recommendations for aging systems requiring minor field changes.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance with Field Service Supervisors.
• Ensure timely review of technician service reports and audit documentation quality.
• Lead regional case-performance reviews focusing on aging cases and escalation actions.
• Drive process improvements to optimize field service delivery.
• Support service delivery in high-stakes environments including AV/IT systems.
