Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field operations, nurture customer relationships, and drive service performance across diverse environments on the West Coast. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight and strategic process improvement.

The position requires periodic onsite work (up to 25%) near California locations, with national travel as needed. Strong AV/IT, project management, and CRM/ITSM experience are essential.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level of skills with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts and electronics.
• Possess advanced AV networking, Audio and video skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service communication skills.
• Service project management skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Possess basic to advanced networking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Functional Supervisor(s) and Field Service Technicians as a people leader.
• Work with Field Service Directors on high-level service projects incl. programming and installations.
• Provide staffing priorities and authorize cross-team resource adjustments.
• Train of new staff in Service Process platforms and regional procedures.
• Develop coaching and development expectations for supervisors and technicians.
• Be liaison between Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management.
• Provide field engineering recommendations for aging systems needing minor changes.
• Assess subcontractor work and performance with Field Service Supervisor.
• Review technician service reports and drive corrective actions.
• Lead regional case-performance reviews focusing on aging cases and escalations.
• Collaborate with Field Service Director to improve field service delivery processes.
• Deliver high-level field service delivery across diverse environments including government, education, and corporate sites.
