Job summary

Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field service operations, maintain customer relationships, and drive performance across the team. The role includes onsite presence up to 25% in the NYC/NJ region while primarily performing virtually.

Responsibilities focus on staffing, project oversight, coaching, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance field service delivery and meet SLAs. Strong leadership and AV/ITSM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level in AV, networking, and conferencing equipment.
• Experience leading large virtual/onsite teams and complex service projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• CRM/ITSM and service tooling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Services organization and supervisors to meet regional service goals.
• Oversee staffing priorities and resource allocation across projects.
• Coach and develop staff through regional supervisors, including performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Client Success to optimize service delivery.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and standardization of field operations.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliver high-quality field service to customers.
