Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field operations, maintain customer relationships, and optimize service delivery.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic initiatives to improve processes, capacity planning, and performance across the West Coast region. This hybrid position involves periodic onsite work at client sites; travel up to 25% in the California region is expected.

Qualificações

• 12+ years in Service Delivery and Operations.
• Expert level with audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts.
• Advanced AV networking, audio and video skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM, ITSM and other service tools.
• Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field service teams and supervise supervisors/technicians.
• Oversee complex service projects including programming or installations.
• Coordinate staffing priorities and cross-team resource adjustments.
• Train staff on service platforms, operations, and policies.
• Drive coaching, development, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Client Success.
• Provide field engineering recommendations for aging systems.
• Monitor technician reports and drive corrective actions.
• Lead regional case reviews and process improvements.
• Align with Day 1/Day 0 teams to standardize workflow.
