Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field services operations, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive performance. This role combines people leadership with hands-on management of service delivery across multiple sites in the Southeast US region, with up to 25% onsite travel.

Primary responsibilities include staffing, training, and coordinating field engineers and technicians, managing budgets and service metrics, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level with audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable in low voltage electrical concepts and electronics.
• Advanced AV networking, audio and video skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service communication.
• Service project management skills.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Basic to advanced networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and Technicians as a people leader.
• Oversee regional staffing priorities and cross-team resource adjustments.
• Train staff in Service Process platforms and procedures.
• Develop coaching and development expectations and provide feedback.
• Liaise between Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management.
• Provide field engineering recommendations for aging systems.
• Assess subcontractor work and performance.
• Ensure timely review of technician service reports and audit quality.
• Lead regional case-performance reviews with Supervisors and Case Management.
• Drive process improvements to field service delivery.
• Deliver high level service across client environments (corporate, government, education, arenas).
• Promote cost optimization and standardization across field service operations.
