Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead our regional field services operations across the Southeast US. You will manage staffing, develop technicians, and ensure top-tier service delivery with clear SLAs and performance metrics.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on project oversight, including training, coordination with engineering, and liaison with Client Success Management. Occasional travel and on-site visits are expected, with a flexible, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 12+ years in service delivery/operations.
• AV/Pro AV knowledge and strong customer-facing skills are essential.
• Experience leading regional field service teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service teams and technicians, ensuring staffing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with field service directors on complex service projects and deployments.
• Drive service delivery excellence, SLAs, quality audits, and process improvements.
• Mentor staff, develop IDPs, and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
