Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Field Services Manager to lead regional field operations. You will manage supervisors and technicians, maintain strong client relationships, and drive service delivery excellence.

The role blends technical leadership with strategic program oversight, including staffing, training, and process optimization. Based in the Hartford area with periodic onsite work in the NYC/NJ/New England region, you will influence service

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Service Delivery & Operations
• Expert level skills with audio, video and networking equipment
• Knowledgeable in low voltage electrical concepts
• Proficient in AV networking, audio and video
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Service project management skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• CRM/ITSM familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and technicians as a people leader
• Collaborate with Field Service Directors on complex projects
• Set regional staffing priorities and adjust resources
• Train staff on service processes and platforms
• Develop coaching expectations and provide feedback
• Act as liaison between Technical Ops, Engineering and Client Success
• Provide field engineering recommendations for aging systems
• Monitor service reports and ensure quality
• Lead regional performance reviews and escalation actions
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization
• Ensure accountability and delivery of service commitments
• Foster cross-functional relationships and culture
