Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0-3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science; Bachelor's preferred.
• Electronics and/or laboratory science background.
• Sysmex instrument training credentialing is required.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Willing to relocate to service districts across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document service activities, manage inventory and records.
• Travel during training and after to support service districts.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve issues for customers.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork across Sysmex personnel.
