Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee PM programs, contract administration, and service execution across the East Region. The role will coordinate scheduling, quotes, and customer communications to ensure high levels of service and profitability.

Travel within the East Region is expected to support branches, coach staff, and align with company service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in field service or related industries.
• Experience with quotes, contracts, service agreements, or PM programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare PM quotations and manage service contracts, renewals, and RFQs.
• Establish and maintain new customer accounts, ship-to and bill-to details.
• Coordinate and obtain internal approvals for contract execution.
• Maintain master schedule for monthly PM services across locations.
• Analyze service data and support regional service initiatives.
