Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee PM programs, contracts, and technician scheduling across the East Region. This role connects customers, service advisors, branch leadership, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and profitable operations.

The position supports multiple branches within the East Region, with occasional travel to strengthen customer relationships, coach teams, and ensure adherence to service standards and strategic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in field service or maintenance.
• Experience with quotes, contracts, and PM programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track PM quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and renewals.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs.
• Coordinate implementation of awarded services and contracts.
• Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and communications.
• Maintain Master Schedule for monthly PM services.
