Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, contract administration, and technician scheduling across the East Region.

You will serve as a key link between customers, branch leadership, and service teams to ensure exceptional service, consistent processes, and profitable operations with occasional travel across the Central and East regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in field service or related industries.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service operations.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, repair processes, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM quotations, service contracts and renewals.
• Coordinate scheduling and contract administration across the East region.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and communications.
• Lead monthly branch reviews and analyze service performance.
