This role requires coordinating with branch leadership to ensure service excellence and regional consistency, with occasional travel within the East Region.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, contract management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence and profitability.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in field service or maintenance.
• Experience creating quotes, contracts, and PM programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Quote, manage, and track PM quotations.
• Create and renew service contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on approvals.
• Maintain master schedule for monthly PM services.
