Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across the US region, driving customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Based remotely in NC/DC region, you will collaborate with Sales, Applications and Service Coordination to ensure timely installations, uphold regions' uptime, and grow base business while managing escalations and DBS-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of Field Service or similar service experience.
• 3+ years in people leadership including customer-facing teams.
• Experience managing customer escalations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and service delivery with timely calls and high-quality execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Field Service Engineer team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications and Service Coordination to meet customer needs.
• Own regional service performance via Daily Management and KPI reviews.
• Resolve customer escalations using data to improve performance.
