Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Field Service Manager to lead Field Service Engineers across a region, ensuring exceptional customer experience and strong service metrics. The role is remote and field-based in the North Carolina and Washington D.C. area.

The position requires 6+ years in field service with 3+ years in leadership, plus travel up to 75%. A valid license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years in Field Service, Customer Support, or similar service org.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience overseeing customer-facing or field teams.
• Proven track record managing customer escalations, service delivery and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and service execution with high-quality calls, installations and escalation resolution, focusing on first-time fix and uptime.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers with clear expectations and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications and Service Coordination to resolve customer needs and support growth.
