Job summary

BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer to cover the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will provide in-depth technical and customer support for BD Parata’s pharmacy automation products at pharmacies while traveling regionally to multiple environments.

Responsibilities include on-site service, training customers on procedures, and collaborating with regional and national teams to resolve advanced issues. Documentation in Salesforce is essential and occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 3-5 years field service experience.
• Proven customer service and technical support abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and maintenance for BD Parata pharmacy automation products.
• Deliver expert instruction and troubleshooting to customers within SLA.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Occasional overtime, weekend support, and travel outside the local region.
