Job summary

BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer for the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX region. You will deliver technical and customer support for BD Parata pharmacy automation products, traveling regionally to pharmacies and providing expert operation procedures and maintenance guidance.

You will work with regional teams to troubleshoot sophisticated issues, document resolutions, and adapt to occasional travel and after-hours coverage to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of field service experience.
Ability to travel regionally and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues at client sites.
Provide expert instruction on pharmacy automation products and routines.
Collaborate with regional and national teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Occasionally travel outside the region and cover weekend/holiday/over-time as needed.
