Job summary

BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products. The role involves regional travel to pharmacies, handling service requests, and ensuring SLA adherence.

Strong hardware and software knowledge is essential. The position requires a High School diploma and 3–5 years in field service, with travel up to regional areas and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a field service role.
Ability to travel regionally and work in various environments.
Proficient with multiple Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
Experience with hardware disassembly/assembly and basic networking.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve issues at client sites.
Instruct customers on BD Parata automation products and maintenance requirements.
Collaborate with service teams to diagnose and fix complex technical problems.
Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Travel regionally including overnight stays; weekend/holiday overtime as needed.
