Job summary

International Workplace Group plc is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Las Vegas to drive workspace sales across our growing network. You will convert leads, pursue new business, and present tailored proposals to clients and brokers.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure satisfaction and growth, while maintaining accurate CRM records and KPIs. The role offers a competitive base with commission potential and opportunities for global mobility within our network.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in field-based roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English with excellent relationship management.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Focus on conversion by conducting tours, presenting proposals, finalizing contracts and promoting services.
• Pursue new opportunities through prospecting, meetings with brokers, and engagement with clients.
• Identify new business through digital marketing, field visits, networking and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and inside sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM and meet KPIs.
• Contribute to strong sales performance in a dynamic environment.
