Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or field-based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and manage time effectively.
• Relationship management and consultative selling experience.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads and finalize contracts with tailored proposals.
• Pursue new sales opportunities through meetings with brokers and direct engagement with clients.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through digital marketing, field visits, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and inside sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Aim to consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a dynamic environment.
• Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM.
