Job summary

IWG plc in Colorado (Denver area) is seeking an Area Sales Manager to guide workspace sales, convert leads, and grow client partnerships within our global network. You will lead tours, present tailored proposals, close contracts, and promote value-added services, while collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires a proven field-sales background, excellent communication, and a consultative selling approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a field-based sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and manage time effectively.
• Skilled relationship manager and consultant who can generate and grow long-term client partnerships.
• Fluent English with strong teamwork and communication.
• Hands-on solution seller focused on achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Focus on conversion by conducting tours for prospects, presenting tailored proposals, finalizing contracts and promoting value-added services.
• Pursue new sales opportunities through active prospecting, in-person meetings with brokers, and engaging with clients and inbound leads.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities via digital marketing, field visits, networking, and consistent lead follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and inside sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
