Job summary

IWG plc is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads, prospecting new clients, and expanding relationships within our workspace network. You will tour prospects, present tailored proposals, and close contracts while promoting value-added services.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, CRM logging, and collaboration with marketing and operations to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional client satisfaction. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field-based role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and manage time effectively.
• Relationship management and consultative selling capabilities.
• Excellent team player and fluent English.
• Hands-on problem-solver focused on results.

Responsibilities

• Focus on conversion efforts by conducting tours for prospects, presenting tailored proposals, finalizing contracts and promoting value-added services and products.
• Pursue new sales opportunities through active prospecting, in-person meetings with brokers, and direct engagement with both prospective and existing clients, while also converting inbound leads from inside sales.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through digital marketing, field visits, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to strong sales performance by meeting and exceeding KPIs in a dynamic environment.
• Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
