You will prospect new opportunities through meetings with brokers, lead follow-up, and digital marketing, collaborating with marketing and operations to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field-based sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with time management.
• Skilled relationship manager and consultant for long-term partnerships.
• Fluent English and excellent team communication.
• Hands-on, practical solution seller focused on results.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tours for prospects, present tailored proposals, finalize contracts and promote value-added services.
• Prospect new opportunities through meetings with brokers and engagement with inbound/outbound leads.
• Identify and cultivate new business via digital marketing, field visits, networking and lead follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and inside sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
