T-ROC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a regional team of Territory Field Leads across designated regions in the United States. You will ensure headcount, discipline, and compliance while driving regional sales performance and operational excellence.

You will coordinate with field leaders, monitor visits, and drive merchandising standards post-launch, with a strong emphasis on timely actions and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires travel and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant work experience in progressive field sales operations, territory management, or channel enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships and train teams.
• Strong skills in sales reporting and presenting insights to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Execute Regular Regional Pulse Checks with Sr. Territory Field Leads to review field performance.
• Monitor Inspection Velocity and ensure a minimum of 8–10 physical store visits per week.
• Drive Merchandising Compliance by ensuring brand standards and timely product launches.
• Audit Fleet & Asset Standards, including hardware returns within 48 hours of termination.
• Develop relationships with brand agents to improve performance and sales operations across region stores.
