Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of Sr. Territory Field Leads and Territory Field Leads across designated regions. You will ensure headcount, discipline, sales performance and strict compliance for elite execution.

This role requires extensive travel to monitor stores, verify merchandising standards, and support regional growth. You will report insights to leadership and partner with brand agents to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in field sales operations, territory management or channel enablement.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance and SLA focus.
• Ability to manage external partner relationships and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute Regular Regional Pulse Checks with Sr. Territory Field Leads and Territory Field Leads.
• Monitor inspection velocity and ensure 8–10 store visits per week.
• Drive merchandising and brand standards after launches or refreshes within 24 hours.
• Audit fleet, assets, and ensure vendor compliance across region.
