Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Regional Manager for Verizon to drive regional field sales operations, ensure headcount readiness, and maintain compliance across assigned territories. The role requires proactive collaboration with Sr. Territory Field Leads to align with regional goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring weekly performance, ensuring 8–10 store visits per week, and driving merchandising and brand standards. Travel is extensive within the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in progressive field sales operations, territory management or channel enablement.
• Strong ability to travel within the assigned geographic footprint and manage external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a sharp focus on compliance and SLA deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional field team performance and headcount.
• Ensure 8–10 store visits per week and adherence to brand standards.
• Audit fleet, hardware returns, and vendor compliance.
• Prepare and present sales insights to leadership.
