Job summary

The Revenue Optimization Companies (T-ROC) is hiring a Regional Manager for Verizon with a focus on coordinating field teams, ensuring regional sales execution, and driving compliance across multiple territories. The role requires extensive travel and strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee field leads, monitor visit cadences, and partner with brand agents to maximize performance and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of progressive field sales operations experience.
Experience in territory management or channel enablement.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geographic footprint.
Strong compliance and performance tracking skills.
Excellent relationship management and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly regional pulse checks with Sr. Territory Field Leads and Territory Field Leads to align on goals.
Monitor regional visit cadence and ensure weekly store visits compliance (8–10 per week).
Drive merchandising and brand standards with rapid execution after launches or refreshes (within 24 hours).
Audit asset standards; verify hardware returns within 48 hours of termination.
Develop external partner relationships and support regional sales operations across stores.
