Job summary

Virtualite is seeking regional business development executives to drive new business through in-person engagement and territory development in New Jersey. You will identify opportunities and build partnerships within your local market.

You’ll conduct in-person meetings, present to business owners, and manage a full sales cycle from contact to close, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure onboarding and client success.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with territory-based prospecting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and position Virtualite's services as solutions.
• Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Build and maintain a pipeline within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
