Job summary

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is seeking regional business development executives to drive new business through in-person engagement and territory development. You’ll identify opportunities, conduct in-person meetings with business owners, and manage a full sales cycle from contact to close.

Build a robust CRM pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success, with a focus on reliable growth and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prospect territory-based and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and position Virtualite’s services as solutions.
• Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Build and maintain a pipeline within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
