Job summary

Virtualite is seeking a regional business development lead to grow revenue across the local market. This role suits a sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven selling and consultative business development.

You’ll prospect opportunities, meet decision-makers, and build long-term partnerships while collaborating with in-house teams to ensure client success. Travel within the assigned region is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage territory planning and sales cycles independently.
• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.
• Experience in regional, territory, or outside sales roles is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with travel within an assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a defined regional sales territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and key stakeholders.
• Understand client operations and recommend customized service solutions.
• Build, maintain, and forecast a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
