Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in California seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple facilities, campuses or portfolios for client buildings. You will lead a team, manage contracts, and drive budget, reporting and capital plans aligned with client goals.

The role requires 8–10 years FM experience including leasing/construction knowledge, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with competitive compensation. California location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or related field required.
• 8–10 years facility management experience with at least 3 years at manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities or campus.
• Manage service contracts, performance reviews, and contract pricing.
• Lead facility management staff and evaluate performance.
• Prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts, and capital plans.
• Coordinate data reporting on work orders, costs and improvements.
• Ensure tenant and client satisfaction and safety compliance.
