Cushman & Wakefield in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities within a campus or portfolio. You will lead a facilities team, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with policies, safety and tenant needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 8–10 years of FM experience, including leasing, construction and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across a campus or portfolio.
• Manage service contracts, monitor performance and contract pricing.
• Lead the facility management team on maintenance programs.
• Deliver budgets, financial reports and purchase orders related to facilities.
• Develop capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans.
• Coordinate staffing, hiring, and performance evaluations for facility staff.
• Maintain strong client and tenant relationships and drive service excellence.
