Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a specific location or campus. You will implement policies, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and drive tenant satisfaction in alignment with client goals and safety standards.

The role requires 5-7 years of commercial facilities experience, expertise in contracts and budgeting, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.
• Manage contracts, ensure invoices align with contract pricing, and supervise maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and coordinate contract programs to meet tenant and client needs.
• Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and business plans; assist in capital budget development.
• Hire, train, and motivate facility personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
