Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to support OEMs and dealer networks with training and advisory services. You will maximize productivity and results across multiple client locations in your territory, focusing on F&I growth and training delivery.

Responsibilities include leading customized programs, leveraging our training platform, and driving dealer profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in automotive retail management roles.
• 2+ years F&I experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% with a company car.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with partners to meet defined goals and results.
• Lead OEM dealer training programs to grow F&I sales.
• Leverage Safe-Guard Training platform for differentiation and value.
• Represent Safe-Guard at industry events and publications.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize revenue.
• Develop training materials and update knowledge assets.
• Support dealer compliance and best-practice training.
• Drive dealer profitability through training and product knowledge.
