Job summary

Protective Life seeks a Regional F&I Performance Manager to drive increased dealer profitability through training, monitoring production, and analyzing F&I product sales. Travel is required to service a set of Arizona dealership partners.

The role emphasizes developing sales strategies, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing support to dealers with emphasis on finance and insurance products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager or F&I Director within an automotive dealership is required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy plans to increase dealer profitability in F&I.
• Advise dealer personnel on compliant financing and product pricing.
• Create training plans and conduct group and individual training.
• Monitor monthly production and advise on profit-improving actions.
• Provide ongoing service to dealership accounts and promote products.
• Resolve client inquiries and negotiate pricing on Walkaway products.
