Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager or F&I Director within an automotive dealership is a requirement.
- Proven ability to increase F&I production, profitability and product penetration.
- Strong knowledge of dealer operations, lender relationships, menu selling and compliance.
- Willingness to travel regularly across California to service dealership partners.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategy plans to increase dealer profitability.
- Advise F&I personnel on techniques ensuring compliance with customers.
- Develop training plans and review production against goals to boost profits.
- Oversee monthly production by engaging with dealer leadership and finance directors.
- Provide ongoing support and product training to dealership accounts.
