Safe-Guard Products is hiring a Regional Performance Manager for the automotive sector in Dallas. You will train OEMs and dealership networks to enhance F&I performance, leveraging Safe-Guard’s training platform to differentiate offerings and improve profitability.

You will travel extensively to client locations, develop and deliver customized programs, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue while ensuring compliance and product knowledge across regions.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in automotive retail management (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist)
• 2+ years of F&I experience
• Extensive menu selling knowledge
• Proficient in selling current F&I product suite
• Experience in dealer network development and training
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communications and public speaking skills
• Willing to travel at least 70% - Company Car provided
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must pass a background check

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact with partners to meet goals.
• Develop customized training for OEMs and dealership networks to grow F&I business.
• Leverage the training platform as a differentiator.
• Represent Safe-Guard at industry events and publications.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize revenue.
• Enhance product knowledge and selling mastery within teams.
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to boost profitability.
• Develop and use approved training and marketing materials.
• Assist dealers with compliance through training.
• Promote dealer participation in F&I certification programs.
• Educate departments on Safe-Guard features and value.
• Implement action plans for increased sales.
• Strengthen partnerships to drive productivity with win/win strategies
