Job summary

Protective is seeking a Regional F&I Performance Manager to drive dealership profitability by developing and delivering F&I training, monitoring production, and advising on financing and insurance strategies. You will travel to client locations to implement programs and ensure compliance across our dealership network.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance & Insurance Manager or F&I Director in an automotive dealership.
• Strong track record in increasing F&I production, profitability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales strategies to boost dealer profitability in F&I.
• Advise dealership personnel on financing and insurance techniques ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop training plans and monitor dealership production against goals.
• Coordinate monthly production meetings with dealer principals and finance directors.
• Provide ongoing service and training on product benefits and features to dealership accounts.
• Resolve client inquiries and provide pricing and information on Finance Concepts products.
