Lumen Technologies in Seattle is seeking an Account Manager II for Regional Enterprise Expansion to develop and grow enterprise sales within a defined geographic area, managing a complex services portfolio and cross-functional coordination.

The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, strategic account planning, and relocation-friendly coaching, with substantial external selling and in-person client activity in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5-7+ years’ experience using a solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services in a consultative, complex sell.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate weekly forecast funnel to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Develop regional enterprise sales by identifying new opportunities with enterprise customers in the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Solutions/Technology teams.
• Identify, bid, negotiate, and close new sales to meet revenue quotas with comprehensive account plans.
• Provide input on trends and future actions to improve position with customers.
• Leverage external relationships to recruit top talent and build internal alliances.
