Job summary

HID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise Authentication to drive growth across enterprise accounts and target markets. The role emphasizes new customer acquisition, pipeline development, and commercial execution for authentication solutions including SSO, MFA, and secure print.

This remote US-based position reports to the Director of Sales and collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, and Channel partners to translate business priorities into revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise new account acquisition sales.
• Experience selling enterprise technology solutions (IAM, MFA, SSO, secure print).
• Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Being accountable for new customer acquisition, pipeline development, and commercial performance across assigned enterprise accounts and target markets.
• Developing and executing territory plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities across enterprise organizations and strategic accounts.
• Leading discovery to understand business challenges and authentication workflows.
• Building executive relationships with decision-makers and IT/security leadership.
